Mike Oren is the Vice President of US Enterprise Services (Intelligent Workplace Services, Capture and Content Services, and Customer Engagement Services) at Xerox. Mike has revenue responsibility for $1B in US enterprise services and leads Xerox digital transformation and communication services sales teams supporting all commercial and public sector industries across Xerox Enterprise. Prior to the role of Vice President Mike has held various leadership positions since 2004, including Global VP of Sales, Industry VP roles, Offering VP, as well as Regional VP roles in sales and marketing operations across a variety of verticals and geographies. Mike has continuously been recognized across these roles for his multidimensional and analytical leadership techniques, to creatively solve problems and turn around teams.
With Mike’s 15 years of leadership experience, his mission is to enable growth for large enterprise organizations by improving the customer/citizen/patient/insurer/retailer experience enabling them to capture marketshare. He understands what’s at the heart of work - and all of the forms it can take in the increasing complex world of digital transformation surrounding dichotomies of personal and social. Mike is an active athlete and has competed in several prestigious events such as Ironman World Championships and Boston Marathon . He has served on a variety of local community boards and is a member of both YPnexus and a manbassador of the women’s alliance group within Xerox.
