COVID revealed there is still a gap in the access of care and the need to develop for a more inclusive digital world. The pandemic exacerbated existing inequalities faced not only with people of color but also, people living with disabilities. With a big reliance on technology, how do we care for those who we are unable to reach or connect? There is not a one-size solution, so how do we begin to innovate for all people and all populations?
