In 2020, we have seen an acceleration of digital transformation across the board. In the first 6 months of 2020, Rock Health reported a record of $5.4 billion invested into the digital health industry. Hospitals went from 10 virtual visits a week to 100,000. How has this fast-paced digital transformation impact patient experience both – in person and in the virtual setting? How do continue to provide empathetic and compassionate care in this new normal?
