2020 Patient Experience Summit Status Update

In light of the recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation to cancel or postpone events with more than 50 people for the next 8 weeks, and the Ohio Department of Health’s decision to ban all public events of more than 100 people until further notice, Cleveland Clinic and HIMSS are announcing the cancellation of the Patient Experience: Empathy & Innovation Summit in Cleveland, Ohio, including all preconference programs held on May 18, 2020.
