Rebecca Brustad

Rebecca Brustad is the Experience Training, Education & Coaching Manager for Mayo Clinic.  Over her 12-year career with Mayo Clinic, Rebecca has grown from a one-person Patient Experience department in a small community hospital to the manager of a national team of communication experts.  She is a faculty member for the Mayo Clinic Communication in Healthcare and a Silver Quality Fellow.  In addition to degrees in Communication Studies and English from Winona State University, Rebecca also has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia University.  

Rebecca found her true calling in the field of Patient Experience when she joined Mayo Clinic in 2008.  She enjoys the opportunity to use her passions for communication, service and education to help enhance the experience of patients and develop employees. She has had the opportunity to share her expertise with international partners through speaking and consulting opportunities.  Locally, she brings her knowledge and passion to the role of Chippewa
