Paul is the Director in the Office of Patient Experience and part of the Executive Administration at the Cleveland Clinic. He oversees the Ombudsman Office for the entire enterprise and focuses on Workplace Violence, amongst other things, for the Office of Patient Experience. Paul is also an attorney and Of Counsel at the law firm of Luftman, Heck and Associates, where he was previously the Managing Counsel prior to joining the Clinic.
