Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector working with Digital Transformation technologies; beginning with MCI working as a product manager for their Call Center and Messaging Service, both technology platforms offered via SaaS. Healthcare technology experience in addition to his current role with Mozzaz comprises over 12 years focused on patient engagement and ITO with software such as ITO (infrastructure outsourcing), revenue cycle management and medical banking, clinical diagnosis analytics, ticketing technologies like ServiceNow, online appointment scheduling, post-acute care charting software, and EHR to name a few.
A few of Kevin’s career accomplishments include launching a new brand for a publicly traded company prior to joining MCI and developing and launching a new SaaS interpretation product for Verizon Business which resulted in a patent award. Kevin’s background allows him to approach sales from the perspective of understanding the business problem and then utilizing people, process, and technology to create value and results for his clients. Kevin earned his MBA with a marketing concentration from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Tennessee. Recently completing a certification in AI from MIT and coursework in AI from Stanford via Coursera.
