Jennifer Kistama, ML, MSN, RN, CPHQ is a Quality Management Nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Jennifer oversees the integration and influence of patient experience tenets within the Nursing Department. She specializes in analyses and improvement opportunities surrounding the patient experience, with proficiency in Press Ganey Surveys. Jennifer is dedicated to engaging and empowering clinicians to connect the patient experience with quality patient care outcomes. She is a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse by training and received graduate degrees in Healthcare Administration and Health Law and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
