Dr. Jane Jankowski is a Clinical Bioethicist in the Center for Bioethics at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Jankowski holds a Master of Social work degree, a MS degree in Bioethics, and a Doctorate in Bioethics. Dr. Jankowski has received awards for excellence in mentorship of advanced clinical ethics trainees. She currently sits on the Institutional Ethics Committee at the Cleveland Clinic's main campus. Dr. Jankowski specializes in clinical ethics consultation, with specific interests in transplant ethics and enhancing patient and caregiver experience through the delivery of ethical healthcare. She has published on diverse topics in Bioethics including clinical ethics consultation education, professional boundaries, healthcare ethics and social media, discharge planning dilemmas, and various case studies. Dr. Jankowski has presented at regional, national and international conferences, and is the past Chair of the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities Clinical Ethics Consultation Affairs Committee.
