Anthony Roetzel

Anthony Roetzel is the Regional Operations Commander for the Cleveland Clinic Police Department.  He has approximately 14 years of law enforcement experience through Cleveland Clinic Police and the City of Akron Police Department.  He has served as a Detective, Sergeant and Lieutenant prior to being promoted to Commander in 2018. 

Anthony is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Police Administrative Leadership School (PEALS).  He is an ALICE Critical Incident Training Instructor, and holds a Master Criminal Investigator Certification through the Ohio Peace Officers Training Association.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications through the University of Akron, and he holds a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice and Police Science through the University of Virginia.
