The UCLA Resnick Hospital Patient Family Advisory Council created a storytelling program where family members and patients present their own personal story, discuss issues regarding inpatient and outpatient experience and deliver solutions to providers throughout the hospital.

During the session, the speaker will discuss the purpose, methodology, and success of the storytelling program. Additionally, the speaker will also deliver a personal story to demonstrate how the program works.
