In 2019, Cleveland Clinic's Market Research and Revenue Cycle Management teams collaborated to initiate a strategy for patient financial education. Using various market research methods, over 2,000 patients and caregivers weighed in on what financial information patients need to make informed healthcare decisions. This initiative kicked off with the creation of new educational content.
During this session, the speakers will cover the research strategies and tools used to identify education needs and opportunities, as well as the strategy for the creation and delivery of educational content to patients over various platforms, such as MyChart and EMMI.
