Wendy Bateman is Executive Director, Customer Experience & Marketing Acceleration with Boehringer Ingelheim. She and her team serve as customer advocates across the organization, leveraging insights to drive a deeper understanding of customer expectations, and collaborating across divisions to imbed those insights into strategies and plans. 

Wendy’s career has spanned diverse industries including healthcare, consumer packaged goods and toys. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana she led the customer-focused transformation of the organization, and was accountable for the development and implementation of the enterprise customer experience strategy. She has also held sales and marketing leadership roles at Pepperidge Farm, LEGO and Dr Pepper/ Seven Up.
