Given the increasing volume and diversity of distance healthcare services in the United States, the Cleveland Clinic undertook a project to assess patient experience with virtual visits. In this session, speakers will discuss their rigorous approach to assessing patient satisfaction with virtual visits and share the reasons 90% reported that their virtual visit made it easy to get the care they needed; 81% agreed that the virtual encounter was as good as an in-person visit; and 92% agreed that their provider was interested in them as a person.
