Lisa Grimsley is Director, Customer Experience with Boehringer Ingelheim. She and her team serve as customer advocates across the organization, leveraging insights to drive a deeper understanding of customer expectations, and collaborating across divisions to imbed those insights into strategies and plans.
Lisa has over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she has launched many novel products and therapies, most recently she was part of the commercial team for the first FDA approved Digital Medicine. This experience allowed her to build strategies, insights and solutions for patients adopted across the commercial and clinical development teams. She is committed to improving the patient and provider experience and improving outcomes.
