Patient stories are an important means for patient care teams to maintain a connection to purpose. More importantly, patient stories have been a rich source of improvement opportunities for health systems. Two health systems, Sutter Health, a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare delivery network in Northern California, and Sing Health, Singapore's largest healthcare institution, have formed a collaborative partnership in patient experience and digital patient engagement.
In this session, spanning the geographic and digital divide, the health systems will share how they have leveraged poignant patient stories to inform digital engagement strategies, infusing empathy, innovation, and quantifiable impact on the lives of their patients and families.
