Lee Chen Ee is the group director organizational transformation for Singapore Health Services, where she has been responsible for catalysing and leading initiatives to improve the delivery of patient service across the SingHealth cluster. Thanks to the hard work of the inter-institution and multidisciplinary groups which drive these initiatives, several of these projects have won national and international awards.
Ms Lee was seconded from the Administrative Service to SingHealth in mid-2013. In the Administrative Service, she has held roles such as Director of the Futures and Strategy Division, and Director of the Resource Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry looking at manpower, land and productivity. She has also held various appointments at the Ministry of Health, the National University Health System, and Ministry of Finance. Until recently, she held concurrent appointments as Chief Operating Officer, Call Centre Shared Service, SingHealth, and Chief Operating Officer, National Dental Centre Singapore.
