The vast majority of health care systems possess two of the most important characteristics required to achieve industry-leading performance: a mission-driven culture and a team of committed, hard-working leaders and caregivers. Yet why do some organizations consistently attain new performance milestones more quickly and frequently, while others see improvement at a slower pace relative to their efforts?
In this session, Press Ganey President and CEO Joe Greskoviak will share how the industry’s top performers are driving transformation by recognizing the critical interdependencies between safety, clinical quality, patient experience, and an engaged workforce. By not only recognizing these connections, but also taking deliberate actions to leverage the power of technology to understand and prioritize enterprise improvement opportunities and organizing their operating principles around them, leading health care systems are taking the difficult steps required to accelerate performance improvement across all of their key domains.
