Anne Keegan Osborne

Anne Keegan Osborne is director of service excellence for the Cleveland Indians, and has work eight years for the organization. In her role, Anne oversees the strategy and development of the organization’s broad service capability. Before starting in her current role, Anne served as assistant director, communications from 2012-2015, overseeing corporate communications, social media and digital media. 

Anne began her career in media marketing and communications: first at MSNBC.com in both Redmond, Wash., and New York City, followed by leading communications efforts for iconic sports publisher The Sporting News.

Anne is a native of Missoula, Mont., and graduate of Gonzaga University.
