Chanin Wendling, AVP of Geisinger Motion, will cover the early efforts Geisinger and other healthcare organizations undertook in this direction, preference-based solutions, what a CRM tool provides, and Geisinger's plans over the next couple of years to achieve personalization for consumers in their care experiences.
