Session attendees will learn how a 24-bed, level 3 trauma center in Michigan implemented key strategies to overcome barriers and implement positive change within the emergency department. The session's presenters will provide an overview of how management commitment, from the hospital C-suite to the ED medical director, must be in place to hold all accountable for an optimized patient experience.
