Drs. Andrea Sikon and Elaine Schulte have honed the novel Cleveland Clinic Coach Approach over the past 10 years, training more than 1,400 healthcare professionals. Join them and the rest of the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Excellence in Coaching & Mentoring faculty for a highly interactive day of facilitated practice.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Physicians (MD/DO), Advanced Care Providers (NP, PA, PhD, LISW), Clinical Trainees Residents/Fellows, Nursing professionals, Healthcare Executives, Directors, Managers, Educators who seek new skills to enhance professional relationships.

  • Apply and practice the Coach Approach fundamentals of active listening, empathy, and asset-based questions
