Online Registration for the 2016 Patient Experience Summit will close at 11:30pm EST on Thursday, May 12, 2016. After this time, you may register on-site.

 

A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled paid registrations (except students and CCF/CCHS registrants). Cancellation requests must be received by April 22, 2016. No refunds will be processed after that time. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. Attendees may transfer their registration to another attendee for no fee.
